• Direct accountability for a specific geographic region within Towne Park • Responsible for effective operational leadership to achieve financial, client and guest/customer satisfaction • Allocate and direct resources to ensure business plans and corporate initiatives are incorporated • Leads team in achievement of financial and operational targets • Direct activities and priorities of site operational leaders and support team members • Implements operational efficiency improvements • Trains and coaches operational leaders • Drives business metrics and performance measurements • Collaborates with client leadership for new business development
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university • MBA or Master’s degree preferred • A minimum of 10-15 years of operations management experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Previous experience in a senior leadership role • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Previous P&L and income statement responsibility • Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls • Extensive knowledge in sales, employment practices and business development
