• Support sales representatives with daily activities to improve efficiency and ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives. • Assist with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and management of inbound inquiries. • Help track and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and other key performance indicators. • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for members of the sales team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM. • Organize, track, and maintain sales-related documentation, reports, and data. • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution. • Facilitate communication across departments to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule. • Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.
• You have prior experience in sales support, administrative support, customer success, or a related coordination role. • You have experience working in K–12 education or education-related organizations; experience in EdTech is preferred. • You possess exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • You demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • You are able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. • Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is preferred. • You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision. • You are collaborative, adaptable, and enjoy supporting teammates to achieve shared goals. • You possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
