📋 Description
• Manage and convert inbound partnership opportunities across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms • Build and execute a targeted outbound pipeline strategy aligned to country growth priorities • Design and execute go-to-market strategies with existing partners to drive measurable user and revenue growth • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high-quality communication • Own a rigorous 'test and learn' methodology, continuously optimizing partnership performance
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in growth, sales, or business development within fintech, SaaS, trading, or crypto • Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth • Strong understanding of the US trading, brokerage ecosystem including key players, market dynamics, and user behavior • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub) and ability to work with technical teams • Comfortable working with analytical tools and data driven decision making
