📋 Description

• Lead the development and delivery of robust Identity Governance strategies and solutions for clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing identity management frameworks and processes. • Develop and present strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, showcasing the business value of proposed changes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices in identity governance. • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to enhance their skills and project contributions. • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement. • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in compliance regulations impacting identity governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience, with a strong focus on identity governance solutions. • Proficiency with identity governance tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar platforms. • Previous hands-on experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information. • Strong proficiency in various programming languages, including Java and Python. • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing project teams. • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and methods. • Certifications in identity governance, IT security, or project management would be advantageous.
