📋 Description

• Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational. • Act as liaison between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance. • Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems pursuant to the Agile flow. • Respond to tickets from the KACE System and record the issues and solutions in the KACE System. • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organizational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. • Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; • OR Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. • Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; • OR Equivalent combination of education/experience. • High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must reside within United States. • Must be able to travel within catchment as required. • Preferred: Experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a complex integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, Windows and Microsoft Office. • Experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas. • Preferred certifications include Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent.
