📋 Description
• Join a dynamic workforce development and talent supply innovation team • Dedicated to creating workforce development programs, pathways and providing career navigation support • Craft workforce development strategies that support the creation of talent pools aligned to organization workforce needs • Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers across the area of responsibility • Maintains excellent relations with key stakeholders and delivers top-notch programs through partnerships
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience • 7 years progressively more responsible experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, and/or talent sourcing including program design • at least 6 years in project planning & intervention/solution development & deployment • Specific proven experience with project management, decision support & data analysis • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful community partnerships
