• Be in charge of manually updating reports for overall Direct to Consumer results • Report to the VP of e-Commerce, giving opportunities of website and advertising improvement • Monitor, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction and related consumer driven metrics • Work with internal teams to advance key reporting tools and deploy relevant analytics reporting dashboards
• 2-5+ years of related professional experience • Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and SPINS Data • Experience working with Airbyte, PosgreSQL, and Metabase • Years of Excel and SQL experience • Have an understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards • Be able to translate data analysis into business recommendations
