📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to clients and project teams • Develop practical guidance, training materials, analytic playbooks, code examples, templates • Coach and mentor staff across the data lifecycle • Lead teams in querying claims and enrollment data, conducting statistical analyses • Facilitate collaborative working sessions, trainings, and capacity-building activities • Apply knowledge of CMS programs and data content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree + Twelve years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree + Ten years of relevant experience, or PhD + Eight years of relevant experience • Experience or strong working familiarity with CMS systems and data environments: IDR, VRDC • Experience with DataConnect, TMSIS preferred • Experience designing or supporting data architecture in healthcare, CMS, Medicare, or Medicaid environments • Strong understanding of healthcare data structures: claims, enrollment, provider, beneficiary, payment, and utilization data • Strong SQL and data analysis skills • Experience working with secure data environments and sensitive healthcare data • Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and security considerations related to CMS or regulated healthcare data • Strong documentation skills; ability to communicate complex data concepts
