• Support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand • Answer incoming communications from customers • Conduct research to resolve customer issues • Recommendations of products or services • Closing a sale may be required
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year or more of customer service experience • 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience • Appreciation for high fashion brands and luxury customer service • Computer experience • High speed internet (> 35 mbps)
