📋 Description
• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase • Manage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software • Manage external project budget and communications within external project management software • Conduct monthly forecasts and cash flows analysis • Manage monthly vendor invoice review process
🎯 Requirements
• U.S. citizenship • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices • Skills in stakeholder communication • Ability to coordinate delivery schedules and resource requirements
