• Analyze and report on product and construction cost performance across a portfolio of large-scale projects • Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights • Develop clear, concise presentations and narratives to communicate cost performance to stakeholders • Build and maintain dashboards, databases, and data models to support program-wide reporting and forecasting • Establish and improve data governance, reporting standards, and consistent processes across project teams • Partner with technical, project, and regional teams to gather data and ensure alignment on reporting requirements • Present dashboards, analyses, and key findings to internal and client stakeholders in an accessible format • Support training and adoption of reporting tools and processes across project teams • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities, focusing on usability, visualization, and decision support • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction cost analysis, data analytics, or related field within the construction or infrastructure industry. • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related discipline. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with experience performing deep-dive analysis. • Proficiency in data tools and platforms such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar (working knowledge of SQL preferred). • Understanding of construction cost drivers, trades, and project delivery environments. • Experience developing dashboards, data models, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively. • Advanced skills in spreadsheets, reporting, and presentation development. • Ability to manage and organize multiple data sources across projects and stakeholders. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. • Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
