📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers and the delivery of cost management services. • Ensure service excellence in terms of service delivery and client engagement. • Conduct research related to construction market conditions. • Produce thought leadership reports providing insights to the construction market. • Manage financial aspects of cost management and support business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction. • 12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience. • 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment. • Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients.
