📋 Description
• Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers for a large-scale construction project • Ensure service excellence and continued growth of cost management services • Lead communications with the client and oversight of cost management team services • Produce thought leadership reports providing insights to the construction market • Manage Cost Management Services across various sectors including financial management and risk mitigation • Drive a culture of learning, respect, and inclusivity within the team • Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards • Prepare proposals and participate in networking events with directors
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred • 12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience • 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment • Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients • Major construction sector experience with high caliber clients in commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources • Exceptional Business development acumen and ambition to drive business growth • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
