📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team, develop new service offerings, and foster innovation • Accountable for advancing our procurement and supply chain strategy for construction projects • Deliver high-impact client engagements and drive business performance • Oversee the delivery of complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors • Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors • Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations • Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team possesses the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals • Establish key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in alignment with strategic objectives • Support the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence • Contribute to the leadership of the business by supporting talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership, • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field • Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs • Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels • Demonstrated success in leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments • Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies • Experience across multiple sectors, with domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred • Proven ability to influence client behaviors and decisions, particularly in high-risk, high-value engagements.
