📋 Description
• Oversee the team responsible for technical and legal vetting of all potential real estate assets • Manage the Technical Asset Evaluation & Feasibility teams • Manage the Regulatory & Entitlement Oversight Teams • Ensure seamless transition from site selection to construction commencement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience working in a construction management role in the construction industry ideally for a real estate developer • Strong organizational and management skills • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Google Suite, Bluebeam , and construction project management tools • Excellent communication skills.
