📋 Description
• Oversee the team responsible for the comprehensive technical and legal vetting of all potential real estate assets • Manage the systematic identification of site constraints, regulatory hurdles, and infrastructure requirements • Ensure a seamless transition from site selection to construction commencement • Provide effective line management and mentoring for team members • Leadership of the design project management team responsible for initial design of infrastructure projects in United States and Canada
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience working in a construction management role in the construction industry ideally for a real estate developer • Strong organizational and management skills • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Google Suite, Bluebeam, and construction project management tools
