📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-quality coaching, consulting, and professional learning experiences for K–12 educators • Emphasize Cognitive Coaching, systems-level improvement, and development of student-centered learning environments • Collaborate with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in Arkansas • Support learning, innovation, and continuous improvement at school and district levels • Focus on sustainability and capacity building through structured data use, strategic planning, and targeted support for schools

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in education or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education • Certified Cognitive Coaching Trainer • Experience facilitating professional learning for educators • At least three years of K–12 teaching or leadership experience • Experience with standards-based grading, competency-based learning, and personalized learning • Valid teaching or administrative license
