📋 Description

• Serves as a behavioral health provider within the Patient-Centered Medical Homes in the UAMS Primary Care Clinics • Provides direct patient/family care, as well as engaging in program development interdisciplinary team development, and additional departmental duties • Functions as an integrated member of the PCMH and assists in managing the overall health of the enrolled population through improved recognition, treatment, and management of psychosocial/behavioral problems and psychosocial aspects of medical conditions • Demonstrates competency in providing brief evaluations, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as other evidence-based/evidence-informed interventions, to individuals, families, and groups, to address behavioral health issues, chronic and acute physical health conditions, and substance abuse conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Social Work from an accredited graduate school • AR License eligible: LMSW or LCSW OR Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE program • Licensed by the state of Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board as an LCSW or LMSW
