📋 Description

• Provide direct clinical services such as diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients using evidence-based interventions. • Provide support for Six Bridges, an adolescent substance use treatment program. • Work under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director. • Make decisions related to treatment planning. • Maintain compliance with legal and professional standards and/or guidelines, such as mandatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work required. • Licensed by the Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). • Evidence-based treatment background, Trauma-informed care model preferred. • Substance use treatment experience.
