📋 Description

• Manages project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather project requirements • Coordinates and leads cross-functional project teams • Conducts regular project status meetings • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with project stakeholders • Facilitates effective communication among project team members • Conducts project reviews and lessons learned sessions • Contributes to the development, editing, and publication of research documents and presentations • Supports development of technical organization partnerships and outreach activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. • Strong leadership skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Relevant technical knowledge • Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills • Solid understanding of budgeting principles, cost estimation, and financial management. • Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting plans and managing uncertainties while maintaining project objectives.
