📋 Description
• Provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments • Communicate with organization’s clients and team members • Document all patient/member interactions via management software • Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse • Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states • Strong clinical background • Minimum of an associate's degree or diploma nursing program
