📋 Description

• Define and drive the enterprise Digital Workplace product vision spanning end-user computing (EUC), collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and employee experience platforms • Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with broader digital transformation and workforce productivity goals • Oversee the full lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and platforms, from ideation through commercialization and continuous optimization • Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Security, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and scaling of Digital Workplace solutions • Drive continuous improvement in product development velocity and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or SaaS/Platform-based services • 6–8+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, global teams • Deep expertise in Digital Workplace domains, including: Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Intune, Endpoint Manager), Virtual Desktop / DaaS (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix) • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale, experience-led solutions • Strong understanding of workplace security, compliance, and global delivery models • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-making.
