📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic and industry liaison responsible for guiding the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of products and services within the Wisconsin Health Data Hub (WHDH). • Translate stakeholder needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized requirements. • Work closely with team members and external partners to ensure WHDH products are user-centered, scalable, and impactful. • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WHDH platform capabilities, data products, and digital services. • Develop and manage product backlogs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams. • Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and ongoing engagement with stakeholders. • Define KPIs and monitor adoption, satisfaction, operational performance, and business impact of WHDH products.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 Years of professional experience in product management, product development, or solution delivery. • Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and manage complex technical initiatives. • Experience translating user needs into requirements, roadmaps, and delivered solutions. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other product delivery methodologies. • Bachelor's degree preferred; focus in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
