📋 Description

• Document existing marketing and sales operations processes, workflows, and best practices • Support process optimization initiatives across campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process consistency • Assist with CRM and systems data cleanup, validation, and ongoing hygiene efforts • Support reporting and dashboard creation for go to market performance metrics • Analyze marketing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities • Help maintain process documentation and internal enablement resources • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational initiatives and ad hoc projects • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the go-to-market organization

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and datasets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Interest in revenue operations, business systems, sales operations, or process improvement • Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and reporting tools is a plus • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is preferred
