• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, S-corps, C-Corps, Partnerships and Trusts • Conduct tax research and planning to minimize tax liabilities and identify tax-saving opportunities for clients • Consult with clients on bookkeeping as needed • Utilize internal AI-powered diagnostic and review tools to perform a mandatory first-pass quality check before routing to the Tax AI Lead • Review financial records, income statements, and documentation to ensure accuracy • Calculate and generate estimated tax (ES) vouchers to ensure ongoing client compliance • Review and organize client documentation within our tech stack to ensure data integrity and reconcile any discrepancies in the source financials
• 2–4 years of experience preparing individual and business tax returns • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • Familiarity with professional tax software (CCH Axcess) • Strong Excel skills and experience with QuickBooks Online • CPA license or EA certification a plus but not required
