📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of Oura’s corporate communications strategy • Champion Oura’s brand narrative and ensure effective communication across external channels • Oversee awards program and applicable conference submissions for Oura • Support executive communications efforts, aligning messaging, developing talking points and keynote scripts • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, analysts, and thought leaders • Develop and maintain crisis communications plans, messaging frameworks, and holding statements • Oversee and manage relationships with external PR agencies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications, including External, Executive, Corporate, and Crisis communications • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience working in the tech, health, or consumer lifestyle sectors is a plus • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on • Experience working closely and building trust with C-suite executive teams • Strong project management skills
