• Spearhead the transition from legacy COBOL-based systems to a modern cloud infrastructure • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Technology leaders to establish a comprehensive technical roadmap • Establish, implement, and continuously improve software development lifecycle methodologies and technical standards • Lead an agile transformation within the organization • Define and monitor KPIs to assess team velocity • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers • Manage vendor relationships and oversee departmental P&L forecasting • Partner with other department leaders to ensure robust support models
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of IT experience • 5 years managing software engineering teams • Proven track record leading large-scale agile software projects • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Travel 5 -10% for site visits as needed
