📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Medical, and Commercial leadership teams. • Partner with executives to identify business opportunities, address challenges, and drive organizational priorities. • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Commercial Operations, Sales, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, Market Access, and Contracting. • Develop data-driven recommendations and business insights to support strategic decision-making. • Drive sales performance optimization, forecasting, planning, and operational excellence initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align goals and ensure successful execution of key programs. • Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership audiences. • Navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems in a dynamic healthcare environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries. • Strong experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Strategic Consulting. • Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions at multiple levels. • Experience working across commercial, medical, reimbursement, contracting, or market access functions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
