📋 Description

• Audit our GTM stack • Map data flows • Identify enrichment gaps • Ship first quick wins on lead quality • Own enrichment workflows end-to-end • Build multi-provider waterfalls • Get signal-based outreach running at scale • Stand up intent-driven Tofu campaigns • Write scripts to extend off-the-shelf tools • Become the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Data

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product/GTM Engineering at a high-growth or Start-up AI company • Demonstrated ability to write production-quality code in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript • Have built or prototyped AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs, Claude Code, etc • Deep in Hubspot – you know the API and how to extract data programmatically • Comfortable in Salesforce— you can maintain database hygiene • A systems thinker • Obsessed with data quality
