📋 Description

• Work on meaningful, high-impact problems alongside experts in AI, data, and cybersecurity. • Shape systems that operate at real scale in a fast-moving threat landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or AI engineer. • Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production and operating them at scale. • Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume data sets. • Strong programming skills in Python (and experience with production-grade systems in languages like Go, Java, or C++ is a plus). • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent. • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures. • Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and debugging in live environments. • Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, time-series analysis). • Familiarity with deep learning and modern AI approaches, including generative or representation-learning methods, as relevant to production systems. • Experience applying ML in real-world, noisy, or adversarial environments is a strong plus. • Product-minded engineer who cares about impact, not just models. • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements. • Strong communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
