β€’ Build, mentor, and manage a growing Technical PMM team β€’ Define the structure, workflows, and rituals for the PMM function β€’ Serve as the senior voice of the market internally β€’ Develop crisp, differentiated messaging for cybersecurity products β€’ Localize messaging effectively across buyer personas β€’ Work with Product Management to drive end-to-end execution of product and feature launches β€’ Build and maintain battlecards, demo narratives, sales decks, and playbooks β€’ Collaborate closely with Sales and Solution Engineering to gather field feedback β€’ Write or oversee high-impact blogs, whitepapers, solution briefs, and webinars β€’ Collaborate on and help evolve Vega's GTM strategy β€’ Drive competitive intelligence efforts

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience managing and growing a product marketing or technical PMM team β€’ Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor β€’ Strong cross-functional influence skills β€’ Strong command of cybersecurity concepts including KQL, MITRE ATT&CK, log pipelines, threat detection, data correlation, detection content, and enrichment β€’ Deep understanding of how SIEM, XDR, SOAR, EDR, and security data lakes fit into modern security stacks β€’ Deep familiarity with the security buyer landscape: detection engineers, SOC managers, architects, compliance teams, and CISOs β€’ Experience working alongside or competing with leading vendors such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Panther, Chronicle, Sumo Logic, or Elastic β€’ Has independently led multiple successful product and feature launches with measurable business impact β€’ Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance through effective enablement, messaging, and field alignment β€’ Extensive B2B cybersecurity marketing experience β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€’ A collaborative, low-ego mindset
