β’ Proven experience managing and growing a product marketing or technical PMM team β’ Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor β’ Strong cross-functional influence skills β’ Strong command of cybersecurity concepts including KQL, MITRE ATT&CK, log pipelines, threat detection, data correlation, detection content, and enrichment β’ Deep understanding of how SIEM, XDR, SOAR, EDR, and security data lakes fit into modern security stacks β’ Deep familiarity with the security buyer landscape: detection engineers, SOC managers, architects, compliance teams, and CISOs β’ Experience working alongside or competing with leading vendors such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Panther, Chronicle, Sumo Logic, or Elastic β’ Has independently led multiple successful product and feature launches with measurable business impact β’ Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance through effective enablement, messaging, and field alignment β’ Extensive B2B cybersecurity marketing experience β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β’ A collaborative, low-ego mindset
