📋 Description

• Provides advanced analytical support and plays a critical role in developing the financial and operational insights that guide portfolio management • Builds and maintains financial models, interprets financial and operating data submitted by operators or tenants, and analyzes KPIs and market dynamics to understand performance drivers • Partners closely with asset managers to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and strategic analysis • Supports core portfolio processes including reforecasting, strategic evaluations, capital planning, transition support, and recurring performance reviews • Prepares polished, executive-ready materials for leadership discussions, board updates, and cross-functional forums • Connects analytical detail to broader business context and communicates insights with clarity and precision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, Mathematics or related field • 3+ years of financial analysis experience; real estate, FP&A or asset management experience preferred • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly to varied audiences • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Must be located in Chicago, IL or New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
