📋 Description

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to offer recommendations and confirm bookings • Ensure a smooth travel process from start to finish • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets • Research and book travel arrangements including airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and activities • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, and requirements • Maintain detailed records of itineraries, payments, and client communication • Monitor bookings for changes, cancellations, or disruptions and assist clients accordingly • Deliver outstanding customer service with timely and professional communication • Stay informed on travel trends, tools, and partner offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with online travel platforms and digital communication tools • High attention to detail and time management • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace • Must be 18 or over • Must be a US citizen
