📋 Description
• Serve as the definitive technical authority for our Salesforce ecosystem • Define and own the Salesforce enterprise architecture strategy • Lead architectural design reviews and technical governance for Salesforce initiatives • Manage a team of 7 or more Salesforce developers and administrators • Provide hands-on technical oversight of Apex development and integrations
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise business systems or technical architecture • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience • 5+ years of direct people management experience leading teams of 7 or more • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce • Deep experience architecting Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
