• Partner with Sales on pre-sales opportunities requiring advanced technical solutions. • Manage projects from opportunity engagement through installation and customer acceptance. • Maintain project and opportunity data in Salesforce, including funnel stage progression and reporting. • Build and manage project schedules, milestones, dashboards, and execution plans. • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams. • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Application Engineering, Service, Operations, and external partners. • Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, safety expectations, and Videojet quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience. • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering, applications, or a related customer-facing technical role. • Experience supporting commercial, sales-driven, or customer-facing organizations. • Manufacturing, production environment, engineered-to-order, marking/coding, packaging, automation, or industrial equipment exposure. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system architectures. • Salesforce/SFDC experience, including funnel management, dashboards, and reporting. • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
