• Partnering with sales teams to design and recommend water treatment solutions across pretreatment applications • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, diagnosing system performance and shaping optimization strategies • Supporting proposal development and contributing technical expertise during the sales cycle • Conducting site audits to assess water treatment processes and recommend improvements • Delivering technical training to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders • Representing ChemTreat at customer meetings, seminars, and industry events as a technical advisor and solution partner in customer engagements, influencing decisions and building trust • Translating customer insights into product and solution improvements, influencing future offerings • Operating with a high degree of autonomy in the field, making real-time decisions to adapt solutions to customer needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) • 10+ years of experience with a major water treatment company and demonstrated technical expertise in pretreatment applications (membrane filtration, ion exchange and reverse osmosis) • Experience supporting industrial water or wastewater treatment processes • Ability to advise customers, influence solutions, and provide technical recommendations in a customer-facing environment • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%
