📋 Description

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties to assess risk factors and business operations • Evaluate construction materials, fire protection systems, safety practices, and overall loss exposure • Develop clear, detailed reports to support underwriting decisions • Use technology and mobile tools to capture accurate data and ensure high-quality reporting • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through in-person and virtual communication • Plan and manage your own schedule to efficiently complete site visits across your assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (fields like Risk Management, Insurance, Construction, or Safety are preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, high-quality reports • Comfort working independently, with strong organization and time management skills • Proficiency with technology (laptops, mobile devices, MS Office, and field tools) • Ability to work in a field-based environment, including walking job sites, climbing stairs, and traveling between locations • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory (including occasional overnight stays) • Ability to work remotely when not in the field, with a reliable home office setup • Comfortable working in a variety of environments and weather conditions
