• Review medical records and draft the MSA narrative in preparation for nurse review • Follow established narrative guidelines and recommend improvements for efficiency • Proofread narrative for spelling and grammatical accuracy • Communicate with Medical Analyst and Compliance Advisor on file as required • Meet daily/monthly production goals and client SLAs for due dates/TAT
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with medical records or other medical background preferred • Experience in Medicare Aside industry preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • Strong time management skills • Works well in team driven environment • Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Able to work independently, self-directed, and highly motivated • Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
