📋 Description

• Oversee coordination, installation, and commissioning of complex building systems. • Manage integration of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems. • Hire and oversee specialty trade partners. • Analyze shop drawings, contract documents, and 3D modeling for constructability. • Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control, and manage testing phases. • Manage costs, procurement, and identify schedule risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/ Project Management Certification (PMP) • 10 years of professional project management experience in the oil field • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, mission-critical facilities or heavy MEP contracting. • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
