📋 Description

• oversee, track, and alert on the stability and status of the 988 Lifeline • collect, analyze, distribute, and report on data generated by the 988 series of networks • compile and report requests and questions to relevant departments at regular intervals • monitor and advise on internal data reporting tools for operations • develop internal timelines for additional reporting needs and analysis • manage integration of new and updated data tools into operations • alert 988 staff on network stability impacts based on urgency • attend regular meetings with data team for updates and needs • assist in administration of 988 services through various technological modalities • support Operations team with testing and quality assurance • identify discrepancies in schedules and recommend adjustments • provide analytical support for staffing resources to meet objectives • monitor Pause Code activations and review counselor productivity • assist with IT-related concerns as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• interest in mental health/suicide prevention • familiarity with the nonprofit sector • experience with technology • data-driven approach to operational improvement • experience with developing and implementing data reports and tools • Bachelor’s degree • excellent verbal, written, and computer skills • strong analytical skills • ability to problem-solve • effective time management and organizational skills • ability to create work for self and identify areas of need and opportunity • strong customer-service orientation • ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others • ability to be flexible and versatile in a changing work environment • intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • strong functional analytical skills (Tracking, Trending, and interpreting results) • process improvement skills in a call center environment • strong knowledge of call center metrics and systems
