• Own and maintain the commercial content repository — including qualitative and quantitative information — to ensure accurate, reliable sourcing across AI and productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Slack). • Partner with the Proposal team to keep the proposal library, third-party databases, and internal Sales & Marketing resources current and optimized for use in RFP and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Gemini, Claude). • Translate SME input into polished, structured content ready for use across commercial and AI-enabled workflows. • Serve as an internal resource on AI-optimized content design, helping teams create materials that can be accurately interpreted and extracted by AI tools. • Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree required. • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial related role. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and accuracy. • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholder groups. • Proficiency with Google Suite; comfortable working in a Mac environment. • Comfortable working with and optimizing AI-assisted tools; prior experience with Claude and Gemini preferred.
