• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings • Documenting meeting minutes • Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings using PowerPoint • Undertaking project tasks as required
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field of study • 0-2 years of experience in related field • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Attention to detail • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work on tight deadlines
