• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services • Qualify leads and gather essential information to assess potential interest • Set appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand-offs • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging to maintain engagement • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets • Communicate effectively with the sales team to align on prospects and opportunities • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive approach
• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Ability to build rapport and handle rejection professionally • Goal-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills • Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment • Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace/MS Office)
