📋 Description

• Directly manage a team of Project Managers and own the client facing project management function • Accountability for development and execution of our client-facing project operating model • Ensure effective financial reporting, project budgeting, project forecasting • Partner closely with Finance, Field Operations, and Client Services Leaders • Collaborate and maintain strong working relationships across various teams • Develop a high-performing PM team through hiring, coaching, clear performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Health Administration, or a related field • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant experience • 10+ years of project/program/delivery leadership experience within consulting, professional services, managed services, or healthcare-related environments • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing Project Managers • Demonstrated experience leading consulting engagements or health system–focused implementation projects • Proven track record creating financial accountability in delivery teams • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification preferred • Strategic project management design capability with a bias toward leading adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes • Strong financial acumen • Demonstrated talent builder: hiring, coaching, and building teams
