📋 Description

• Support IRS technical projects • Architect, implement, and optimize OpenText Exstream solutions • Design enterprise document generation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions • Conduct data mapping, template design, and correspondence orchestration • Manage print and digital delivery channels, including high-volume batch processing and real-time document generation • Ensure compliance with federal security and IRS technical standards • Lead technical teams and initiatives involving enterprise architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience • Experience supporting IRS technical projects • Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream architecture, implementation, and optimization • Strong experience designing enterprise document generation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions • Experience with: Data mapping and document composition, Template design, Correspondence orchestration, Print and digital delivery channels, High-volume batch processing, Real-time document generation • Strong understanding of federal security, compliance, and IRS technical standards • Experience leading technical teams and enterprise architecture initiatives • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required
