• You are the link between the brand, content and the community. • You develop creative TikTok and Instagram content ideas. • You create original content (video, stories, trends). • You actively interact with our community (DMs, comments). • You maintain close contact with our customers. • You respond to customer inquiries via email and social media. • You assist with questions, feedback and issues related to our products and orders. • You identify recurring topics and propose improvements. • You recognize what can go viral and implement it independently.

• This position requires a mandatory internship as part of your studies. • A strong sense for social media trends (TikTok & Instagram) is expected. • A solution-oriented approach to handling customer inquiries is important. • Motivation to take responsibility and try new things is expected.
