• Lead growth initiatives for Signal Technologies division • Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities that support the company's growth objectives • Establish and maintain relationships with DoW and IC acquisition leaders • Monitor market trends, DoW and IC needs, procurement activities, and emerging opportunities • Represent Vorbeck at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in business development, DoW or IC sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role • 5+ years’ experience working with or within DoW, the IC, or defense contractors supporting the DoW or the IC • Experience working with the U.S. Government agencies, defense contractors, aerospace organizations, or related technology-focused markets • 5+ years’ experience identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities • Proven success collaborating with technical teams to support customer engagements and business growth initiatives • Experience supporting proposal development and RFI responses is required.
