• Partner directly with our leadership to identify inefficiencies • Spend 90 days rewiring how our agency works • Embed with account teams to learn the "VSC Way" • Use AI stack to build no-code solutions • Deploy tools to the wider team and create teaching materials
🎯 Requirements
• Current Student or Recent Grad • Open to all majors—CS, Business, Communications, or Liberal Arts. • Process-Obsessed • Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools • Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users
