📋 Description

• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by capturing, documenting, and maintaining standardized business processes across the organization • Ensure workflows are clearly defined, governed, and consistently updated • Provide quality-assurance style oversight by tracking process adherence, documentation completeness, and follow-through on improvement actions • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to enable operational alignment and transformation readiness • Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document end-to-end processes and workflows • Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance documentation • Track action items, follow-ups, and process improvement commitments across stakeholders • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated procedures and recommend corrective actions • Establish and reinforce process governance standards and documentation best practices • Support transformation leadership with process readiness, operational alignment, and audit support efforts • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience in business process analysis, documentation, or operational governance • Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives (preferred) • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools (preferred) • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (preferred) • Knowledge of quality assurance or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
