📋 Description
• Leads and coordinates financial processes; providing direction, oversight and review of financial transactions • Performs professional accounting work, including the preparation of financial statements and insurance department filings • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual comprehensive financial reporting packages • Interacts with Sr. Management on financial matters, provides recommendations/solutions • Ensures financial reporting is in accordance with professional standards • Evaluates accounting processes and identifies solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business or related field • Six years of accounting related experience, including 3 years working in a senior and/or training capacity • Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting systems • Knowledge of financial and operational planning processes and best practices • Clean credit history as reported by credit report
